Checks whether an email was sent to the current address in mailing $nr_wysyłki. Returns true if it was sent, or false otherwise. If $nr_wysyłki_max is provided, checks mailings from $nr_wysyłki to $nr_wysyłki_max and returns the number of emails sent to the current address. This check does not establish that the email reached the recipient.

Result:

In this example, the mailing skips recipients
who were sent an email in mailing 14.
